Del 22 al 24 de Junio Totime Tools de México participo en Expomaq León Guanajuato la Exposición más importante de Máquinas y Herramientas del México.
La marca TOTIME exhibio muchos de sus nuevos productos como su sistema de brocas U y brocas TT, además de su exclusiva técnologia de Katana para lograr el más amplio rango de herramientas para barrenado de alto rendimiento, sistemas de fresado de avance rápido, etc.
La marca TOTIME fue fundada en Japón. Después de años de desarrollo, ahora hay un gran número de ingenieros en herramientas en todo el mundo.

TOTIME has developed an outstanding line for turning and milling operations for Heat Resistant Alloys and Aluminium Alloys commonly used in aerospace industry.
One of the main concerns while machining Heat Resistant Alloys is chip breaking and evacuation. That is why it is fundamental to have a positive and high rake angle chip-breaker which will allow a proper chip-flow. Moreover, the coating has to be wisely selected as there is a considerable heat transfer, hence a micro-grain substrate is widely recommended with a thin layer rich in Aluminium Nitrade (TiAlN) for optimal performance in abrasive operations, allowing operations within a high temperature.
